FAQ

1. Is Ravade Services insured for the services being offered? Yes. Our members are insured to undertake surveying, baiting, shooting and trapping activities.

2. Why would I hire a professional service when I can get others to just come shoot on my land? A professional and qualified group such as Ravade Services provides a more thorough level of confidence in their service delivery. As a business - its our reputation but we know its your livelihood.

3. I know at least two landowners in the area have the same problem as me. We don't have the time to bring a coordinated effort together. What can you do? We can help coordinate neighbours and stakeholders to assessing the impact of the issue and develop options for control measures. An Integrated Pest Management Plan captures the issues and also can use a combination of strategies to plan for, act on invasive pest control and future management of any follow up issues. With more people involved control activities can cover a larger area improving significantly the objectives. Most importantly, costs can be shared and therefore reduced for each land owner.

4. Can firearms be used safely around livestock? One of the important factors taken into account when developing control measures is the impact of each of these on the environment.
